Information we handle
Account information may include names, work emails, organization details, and service communications. Customer-provided healthcare revenue data may include claim, remittance, status, eligibility, and related operational evidence.

How information is used
Information is used to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service; investigate operational issues; maintain audit evidence; and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Protection and retention
Access, retention, export, and deletion depend on the data type, customer instructions, signed agreements, and applicable law. PHI handling is governed by the applicable BAA.

Privacy questions or requests should be sent to privacy@romadix.com. Romadix may need to verify the requester and coordinate with the applicable customer organization.
