Agreement and scope
Access to Romadix services is subject to the signed order form, statement of work, master services agreement, Business Associate Agreement, and other applicable written terms. Those signed agreements control if this summary conflicts with them.

Authorized use
Customers may use the service for their internal healthcare revenue operations and approved client work, subject to account, tenant, role, and product capability restrictions.

Customer data
Customers are responsible for having authority to provide data to Romadix and for limiting uploads and user access to the agreed scope. PHI handling is governed by the applicable BAA.

Managed actions
Analysis does not itself authorize claim submission or payer action. Managed work requires the contracted scope and the applicable authority, route, readiness, and approval controls.
